ArenaNET add these modes!!!
If you ever played EverQuest you will know what I'm talking about. I would like to suggest to ArenaNet to add the following features:
1) A skill bar saver...saving a number of skill combonations that you customize and can upload automatically whenever you want to have a diffrent build verses sitting down and digging through your skill list for every skill you want. <example> skill set 1-Axe build set 2-Sword build set 3- running build
2) A better way to find people besides holding CTRL and scanning the whole town. Maybe /invite <name>...and that person gets a group invite. Easier for grouping and trades.
3) A way to track people/ guild members/ friends. <example> /who all Shua The Blacklotus....Shua The Blacklotus is in Snake Dance.
4) A new chat interface with a split chat windows system for extra spam filtering and the ablity to switch on/off which chat channel you type in <example> /always type in Team
5) A bazaar/merchant city where you can leave your wares with a NPC/mule with a set price for everyone to buy eliminate spamming for hours and a central location everyone can go to find what they want.
6) A LFG window where you can post your name and profession and the groups you are interested in completeing...<example>Shua The Blacklotus lvl 20 N/Me- IDS, Iron Mines, Hero's Challenge
I just want it to be known I really enjoy GW. I just hope these things can help improve the gaming experience for all. Maybe/ hopefully some of these are going to be introduce with the new expansion, let's hope.

um i thought everyone knew the shortcut... to not scan the whole area to add someone.. simply click their name in chat... highlight it.. and press Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V in the Party Screen. and add.
step one: highlight name in chat
step two: Ctrl+C the name
step three: Ctrl+V the name in Party Screen
step four: Add

1. It's been suggested before, and I'm guessing they're working on it.
2. /invite already does work.
3. Guild members have their tag highlighted in gold text whenever you're in town. Friends don't, however.
4. I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but you can enable/disable certain chats, such as trade/all chat.
5. They're working on an Auction House already.
6. This has been suggested before too, but I don't know if Anet plans to implement anything for it.

Oh! I guess the cutting and pasting does make sense, although not as fast as a one step /invite.
As regards to the chat filter, I'm meant that you could 'lock' what window all your messages would go to. So if I 'locked' all my messages to 'group' I could just free type without having to worry about accidentally typing a message in the 'all' channel in GvG or if I 'locked' all my messages to 'trade' I could then spam my wares without having to annoy people in the 'all' channel. Hope that's make more sense and thanks for the feedback, good info.

or just type in the name and click the (+) button right there. Very quickly I can just type in, 'kai nui' and then click to add and I'm on my way.

I do agree with number 4....it's a bit of a pain when I accidently hit @, #, etc not meaning to switch windows when I type..then it appears somewhere it doesn't belong. Sigh.

I frequently get annoyed at the inability to begin a message to any channel other than a whisper with a quotation.
